Produced from the rare local variety Brancellao (Serradelo is an old Galician word for Branello), the grapes are foot-trodden, fermented in stainless steel and barrel aged in old oak. Light red in colour, this has a gorgeous combination of red plum, cherry, subtle spice and tea, with a fine tannic grip on the finish.
Pairs well with grilled meats, slow cooked meats, cheese
