Undergoing a single fermentation ending in the bottle, it ages on the lees for a minimum of 15 months before disgorging. Released to the market without dosage, it maintains a pure expression. Enjoy its pale yellow color and fine bubbles, while its bouquet offers floral notes, white fruits such as pear and green apple, and hints of burlap and hazelnuts.
