The estate wine from Finca Sandoval, bringing together Syrah and old-vine Bobal to express the character of Manchuela’s high-altitude, limestone-rich vineyards. This is a more structured and composed style, with a clear sense of place running through it.
Dark cherry and blackberry are layered with floral notes, subtle spice and a fine mineral edge. The palate is precise and well-defined, with polished tannins and a natural freshness that keeps everything in balance.
