Made from carefully selected organic grapes, this cava ensures impeccable health from vineyard to cellar. Undergoing a single fermentation ending in the bottle, it ages on the lees for a minimum of 15 months before disgorging. Released to the market without dosage, it maintains a pure expression. Enjoy its pale yellow color and fine bubbles, while its bouquet offers floral notes, white fruits such as pear and green apple, and hints of burlap and hazelnuts. On the palate, experience a light and refreshing sensation with integrated and persistent bubbles, accompanied by delicate flavors of white fruit and almonds.
