This exclusive iteration of our Secret Pairing features a hand-picked selection of premium wines, many served using the Coravin system, allowing us to share rare and exceptional bottles without removing the cork.
Each glass is thoughtfully matched to a seasonal menu crafted by our head Chef. You might discover a stunning grower Champagne, a luscious white from a cult producer, or perhaps a rare vintage Bordeaux revealed course by course at your table. Come and see where this journey takes you.
