This Vermouth stands as a testament to local craftsmanship. Carefully selected and foraged island plants and herbs, including vibrant gorse, are among the 20 botanicals that infuse every bottle. These botanicals are expertly steeped, revealing their harmonious blend of bitter and sweet notes. They are then married with a rich golden caramel and a Verdejo wine sourced from the Rueda region, in the northwest of Madrid.
With an Alcohol Vol of 19%, "This Vermouth" offers a versatile libation. It can be savoured neat as a delightful aperitif, seamlessly incorporated into iconic cocktails like the Negroni and Boulevardier, or enjoyed with tonic or soda, accompanied by a slice of orange. Every sip embodies the essence of Valentia.
