2020 Alta Alella ‘AUS’ Pet Nat, Penedès, Spain
Grape: Pansa Blanca
A lovely lightly sparkling organic wine from the cava masters as Alta Alella.
A light and bright colour with aromas of strawberries, grapefruit and pomegranate with summery floral notes. On the palate is is a dry wine but with almost crunchy bubbles making it a refreshing rosé for spring and summer.
Pairs well with fish and chicken dishes.
