Step into the world of exceptional wine with our 'Beyond the Bottle' Organic Cava & More tasting experience, featuring the renowned Mireia Pujol-Busquets Guillén of Alta Alella Winery in Barcelona!
Join us for an unforgettable evening where you'll be treated to a handpicked selection of Alta Alella's organic Cavas, Pet-Nats and wines alongside delicious small-plates from chef Luca.
Mireia will guide you through the experience, sharing unique insights into her family's multi-award-winning winery as she makes her way through the room answering your questions and giving you extra insights into the wine and the workings behind them.
Discover the rich history and innovative practices that have propelled Alta Alella to the forefront of the wine industry. From their dedication to elevating the quality and integrity of Cava to their commitment to organic farming, conservation and circular-economy practices, you'll gain a deeper appreciation for the passion and craftsmanship behind each bottle.
Note that this will be an evening of standing, mingling and sipping, with a limited number of bar chairs available for those who prefer to sit.

- Wine orders usually take 2 to 5 days to arrive
- Wine tasting boxes are sent the week of the event Deliveries take place between Tuesday – Saturday
Meal Deliveries
- Local delivery within 45km of Maynooth - €7.50
- Free delivery over - €150
- Meal boxes are available for delivery and collection from Maynooth Friday & Saturday
- Delivery available up to a 45km radius of Maynooth
- We will endeavour to deliver on the specified day, but in some cases delivery may be made up to 24 hours prior (meal boxes have a fridge life of 3 days)
- Order cut-off point for meal box orders for same week is 6pm Thursday
