70% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 5% Mouvedre.
Made from 30 year old vines grown in sandy soils and hand harvested with no oak. Small and family run, Domaine la Roubine focus their work on the vineyards “where the real work is done” By ensuring the grapes are of the highest quality, they say the wines practically make themselves. This is a lush Rhone with a big mouth feel, dark fruits, pepper and tapenade for a savoury finish.
Pairs well with rack or lamb and venison.
