A classic Eden Semillon combining aromas of hay, peach, citrus rind and beeswax with a subtle toasty finish. Rich and textural on the palate but beautifully balanced by lemon-fresh acidity. Will age beautifully too.
Pairs well with grilled fish, roast lamb, pork, cheese
