Jonathan Didier Pabiot ‘Elisa' Pouilly Fume, Loire Valley, France 2022
Jonathan is one of the most highly respected young winemakers in the Loire, and his Pouilly Fumes are among the finest in the region. Elisa is produced from the younger vines of his plots, and spends 8 months on lees in tank before bottling. The result is a sauvignon of impeccable purity and freshness, with flavours of fresh grass, elderflower and citrus. This is a perennial favorite of ours!
