Visually there’s an inviting straw-yellow hue with a typically elegant and persistent mousse. On the nose it’s hazelnut and classic brioche, then subtle notes of vanilla and dried fruits, married with more subtle lemony aromas. The nose is both elegant and powerful, indicative of a wine of great complexity and delicious harmony. Once in your mouth there’re hints of butter, “crème brûlée” and white pepper. This is a generous wine with an exceptional freshness and finesse. As it opens up the complexity of this wine really starts to show with an explosion of flavours in the mouth.
