Spoke 'Rudimental' Pinot Noir, Wilde Vineyard, Central Otago, New Zealand 2022
Spoke's Rudimental Pinot Noir is sourced from the heart of New Zealand's South Island, Central Otago. With it's hot dry summers and cold dry winters this is where the famously fickle Pinot Noir grapes get stressed and they're all the better for it. About 30% of the harvest is whole bunch pressed and spends two to three weeks on its lees, some subtle oak too. There's dark cherry, plum and raspberry flavours, plus savoury, earthy and spice notes. Very rewarding!
Pairs well with red meats like beef steak and venison.

- We will endeavour to deliver on the specified day, but in some cases delivery may be made up to 24 hours prior (meal boxes have a fridge life of 3 days)
