100% Chardonnay
From the legendary Malbec producer, Chateau du Cedre, in the heart of Cahors comes this excellent Chardonnay. With a slow fermentation and 8 months on its lees, in stainless steel, this is a vibrant, zesty wine with nice weight and a crisp mineral finish. Really enjoyable on its own and even better with grilled spring vegetables.
Pairs well with grilled spring vegetables or very enjoyable on its own.
