A distinctive and quietly complex white from old native vines in Manchuela. This is a beautifully textured wine, where ripe orchard fruit and citrus peel are layered with subtle floral notes and a gentle almond character.
Fermentation and ageing in a mix of oak and amphora bring depth and structure, while maintaining a fine line of freshness and minerality. Elegant and savoury in style, with a soft, rounded texture and a long, composed finish.
Pairs well with seafood, roast chicken, vegetable dishes and soft cheeses.
