A little gem of a winery in the Marche region of central Italy, they produce a range of organic wines from a host of local varieties, but this white is their standard-bearer. A Blend of 5 varieties – Pecorino, Trebbiano, Fiano, Passerina and a dash of Chardonnay, it’s not unlike a really good Pinot Grigio, just with a lot more vim and vigour!
