A zippy example of a chardonnay from the Macon region, framed biodynamically Alexis Pollier produces fruit focused styles of white burgundy. Produced from 40 year old vines, vilified in stainless steel and kept in oak barrels for a sort time. This gives the wine a beautiful freshness, summer stone fruits and gorgeous soft texture.
Pairs well with White Meat, Fish.
