Domaine des Roches Neuves 2021 Samaur Champigny, Loire, France
Grape: 100% Cabernet Franc
Red berry fruits and floral aromas. The wine’s fresh, with supple textures and tannins, it’s ripe and there’s a hint of smoke on the finish. This is a gorgeous introduction to the wines of Maire and Thierry Germain and their son Louis and Cabernet Franc itself.
Pairs well with roast lamb dishes and charcuterie.
