This is the perfect all rounder! The Alta Alella PB is wonderfully light, has very generous fruit quality due to the high quality grapes which are organically grown. Once it opens up, this wine shows amazing character, great minerality, fresh tropical fruits, notes of green almonds. Great if you're into Chablis or albarino and want to try something a little different and easy. This is the one!
Pairs well with seafood and light chicken dishes.
