Adega Algueira 'Brandan', Godello, Ribeira Sacra, Spain, 2020
100% Godello -Try it if you like Albarino, Sauvignon Blanc or any crisp yet fruity white.
An excellent example of un-oaked Godello, this is fresh, crisp and zesty, with lemon and grapefruit on the nose, a touch of tropical fruit on the palate and a long, clean finish. A perfect aperitif wine, it can be enjoyed as an excellent pairing for shellfish, seafood or white meat dishes.

The Goodies:
We include 2 carefully selected cheeses to compliment our wines from Irish suppliers and makers.
Salami/Charcuterie from The Wooded Pig who have fast become a customer favourite at ELY. Free range happy pigs running the woodland in Co. Meath make for a deeper flavour profile!
Some of our favourite Irish made cheese crackers, the perfect base for your charcuterie board from Hassetts in Co. Cork.
Our very own ELY chutney, created by our very talented team of chefs and taste tested by all at ELY... just to be sure!
We have also teamed up with new business, Vera Foods. Based is Bray they import gourmet goodies from Spain including amazing olives.
