Vilmart Grand Cellier Premier Cru
70% Chardonnay 30% Pinot Noir
White flowers, butter, brioche and cream on the nose followed by ginger and lemongrass. This is a bigger, broader style than the Grande Reserve, given its higher proportion of Chardonnay, with shades of Chablis characteristics. This is a great food Champagne so don’t be afraid to bring it with you to the table. Perfect with meaty fish, fresh prawns or oysters and a great aperitif.
