A wine which clearly shows the massive potential of Godello as a variety. Fermented in old oak and chestnut barrels but matured in stainless, this is layered and complex, with everything from Orange bloom, peach and apricot to honey, almond and fennel. Richly textured but surprisingly lively on the palate, there is great freshness and amazing length. Enjoy now and maybe put some away for 3 to 4 years
Pairs well with grilled fish, roast lamb, pork, cheese
