Grape: Mataró (Monastrell)
An organic Gran Reserva Rose from the Cava maestros Alta Alella. Made from the Matro (Monastrell) grape, the wine is aged in bottle for 30 months, giving it a lovely depth of flavour and silky bubbles. Elegant and stylish, and that’s not just the bottle, with soft red fruits, classic toastiness, minerally and saline with a wonderful long finish.
Pairs well with fish dishes and sunny days!
