This is a coming together of the ‘emblematic’ white grapes of Galicia, Godello for structure, Albarino for acidity and Treixadura for freshness. There’s no oak or lees, just pure fruit, and it’s certainly not wanting. Stone fruits, think apricots, hints of aniseed, tropical fruits and citrus aromas. In the mouth it has a lovely fullness, balanced by a fresh acidity, pleasant mineral textures and a hint of beeswax from the Treixadura
Pairs well with grilled fish, roast lamb, pork, cheese
