Bobal (old vine, with small % co-planted native varieties)
Sourced from old vines planted in 1939, this is a more focused and structured expression of Bobal, rooted in limestone soils. The wine shows depth and precision, with dark cherry, plum and dried herbal notes alongside a fine mineral backbone.
There is a natural grip to the tannins, balanced by freshness and energy, giving the wine both structure and lift. A serious, terroir-driven style with a long, savoury finish.
Pairs well with lamb, game and slow-cooked dishes.
