Made by the guys at Fontanafredda with over 150 years of history. This is a great side project wine that hits the spot on value and quality.
Fontanafredda have long been working towards a lighter ecoological footprint so their Langhe vineyards are managed without chemical fertilizers or weed control. Only organic substances are used as manure , while pest prevention treatments are limited to the absolute minimum in keeping with the most advanced integrated vine pest management techniques established by the European Union program for safeguarding the environment and reducing crop protection interventions. In 2010, Fontanafredda’s winegrowing operations attained “integrated farm management” certification.

Meal Deliveries
- Local delivery within 45km of Maynooth - €7.50
- Free delivery over - €150
- Meal boxes are available for delivery and collection from Maynooth Friday & Saturday
- Delivery available up to a 45km radius of Maynooth
- We will endeavour to deliver on the specified day, but in some cases delivery may be made up to 24 hours prior (meal boxes have a fridge life of 3 days)
- Order cut-off point for meal box orders for same week is 6pm Thursday
