Made from Free Range pork and flavoured with cracked Black Pepper. Best enjoyed at room temperature. Delicious on its own, it can also bring depth of flavour to any charcuterie board, be added to a fresh garden salad or be used as an accompaniment to hot dishes.
Ingredients
Pork (95%), Salt Dextrose, Seasoning (Spices, Smoke Flavour, Glucose Syrup, Spice Extracts), Black Pepper (<1%), Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Antioxidant: Sodium Erythorbate.
Storage
Store in a cool place below 15°C, once opened consume within 7 days.
