Bobal-led field blend (with Syrah & native red & white varieties)
A true reflection of traditional Manchuela vineyards, where red and white grapes are grown and fermented together. Bobal leads the blend, bringing freshness and structure, while the mix of varieties adds aromatic lift and complexity.
Bright red berry fruit, dried herbs and a subtle savoury note come through, with a lightly textured palate shaped by gentle extraction and careful ageing. Fresh, energetic and quietly layered, with a clean, lifted finish.
Pairs well with charcuterie, grilled vegetables and lighter meat dishes.
