This Pét-Nat undergoes natural fermentation, initiated without the use of sulfites or additives, at a cool 15ºC. Following the Ancestral Method, fermentation completes in the bottle, resulting in a delightful fizz and distinctive flavor profile. Delight in its light and luminous pink hue, with a hint of cloudiness reflecting its artisanal production. Revel in aromas of ripe red fruits and delicate floral hints on the nose, while the palate offers a dry yet lively sensation, bursting with red fruit flavors and refreshing citrus undertones. Discover a truly expressive and fresh wine, capped with the same crown cork used during fermentation, remaining unfiltered and without disgorging.
