This is one of our favourite Prosecco's. Unlike many others, the grapes are handpicked and carefully selected meaning only the best grapes make the cut!
Its appearance has straw yellow hue accented by hints of green. On the nose, its aromatic profile is characterised by prominent fruity notes, including nuances of green apple, citrus, and fresh vegetables, intertwined with a subtle hint of bread crust.
When tasted, it reveals a persistent and dry character on the palate, heightened by a delightful mineral essence that imparts a refreshing quality.
Pairs well with shellfish, charcuterie, vegetarian dishes or as an aperitif
