A powerful yet refined expression of Priorat, made from old vines grown on the region’s distinctive slate soils. This wine is rich and structured, with concentrated dark berry fruit, hints of spice and a touch of Mediterranean herb. Careful ageing in oak adds depth and a smooth, rounded texture while maintaining freshness and balance.
Full-bodied with layers of black fruit, subtle minerality and a long, elegant finish.
Pairs well with red meat, slow-cooked dishes and aged cheeses.
