For many wine drinkers, their introduction to Italian Whites begins with Pinot Grigio. Unfortunately for a lot of those wine drinkers, they never get past it, and their perception of Italian white is limited to a few bland, nondescript, uninteresting wines. The reality of Italian whites is the very opposite- as varied in flavour and style as the country itself, with an amazing array of indigenous grape varieties which are found nowhere else. I’d go so far as to say that Italy currently produces the most interesting and exciting white wines in Europe, even the world.. a bold call, maybe, so you’ll just have to come along and see for yourself!

We’ll be pairing these wines with some Italian style charcuterie.
