Domaine Dravigny 'Cuvee Ambre' Champagne, France NV

Celebrate the Revolution in style with a top class Champagne. Dravigny is a small Champagne house situated in Ecueil, one of the finest regions of Champagne. The blend here is Pinot-dominant- 60%, with 30% Chardonnay and 10% Meunier- and the style is rich, biscuity and toasty, but still retaining excellent acidity (lemon, green apple) and a touch of ripe fruit – peach and strawberry. They may not be very well known, but we like it that way.
