Featuring a distinctive mineral streak due to the volcanic nature of the soil where these grapes are grown. The grape, falanghina is considered inferior to greco, and it is considered ‘insane’ to plant such valued soil with this variety. The maker, thankfully disagrees, it is an amazing falanghina!
A nose of citrus and peach cut with a stony, lightly smoky base.
The wine is crisp and refreshing, very elegant.
