We have shortened the name of this wine and begun referring to it - affectionately – as just Badass. A well-deserved name, it is a little cracker of a wine, bursting with apple and peach fruit, lemon-fresh acidity and lovely dry finish. Works equally well as an aperitif as a partner to any kind of seafood, salad or white meat.
