We are absolutely delighted to announce a winemakers dinner with the incredible Adam Wadewitz of Shaw & Smith, Tolpuddle & MMAD. Among his many, many accolades, Adam was named Winemaker of the year in Australia last year. He’s the hands-on genius behind Shaw & Smith in Adelaide Hills, pioneers of the cool climate style that Adelaide Hills has become renowned for. He’s also the big chief at Tolpuddle, the winery that elevated Tasmania to the top tier of winemaking destinations. And if that wasn’t enough, he is one of the founders of MMAD, a new venture with the original Shaw & Smiths, producing stunning old vine wines from Blewitt Springs. He’s also great craic too, so expect a typically irreverent and relaxed evening!

Adam will be with us on the evening to talk and taste through (loads) of his amazing wines, all paired to the best of Irish cuisine from the ELY kitchen.

Join us at ELY Wine Bar on September 15th at 7pm for an pre-dinner aperitif, followed by 3 course meal and lots of wine!
