Crémeaux de Bourgogne is a classic mould-rind double-crème cheese. Surrounded by a white bloom rind smelling faintly of mushrooms, the interior of this sumptuous, 72% butterfat cheese is a soft white paste that tastes like a heavenly mixture of butter and stiffly whipped cream. 


Ingredients: MILK, CREAM, salt, lactic starters MILK, ripening ferments, animal rennet, processing agent : calcium chloride

  • We will endeavour to deliver on the specified day, but in some cases delivery may be made up to 24 hours prior (meal boxes have a fridge life of 3 days)
  • Order cut-off point for meal box orders for same week is 6pm Thursday
