Floral with black and red fruits, a hint of balsamic, pink pepper corns and, of course, minerality. There’s a high wire like balance of acidity with a silkiness that makes for a full-bodied combination of fruit and savoury flavours with a saline backbone. This is a tight, intriguing wine with youth on its side.
